Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Program Outline


This outline provides a comprehensive overview of the clinical Quality Management program as offered by the Broward County HIV Health Services Planning Council (HIVPC).



I. Core HIV Care Services


  • Provides a wide range of Ryan White Part A HIV/AIDS care services:
  • Outpatient medical care
  • Dental care
  • Mental health services
  • Medical case management
  • Substance abuse treatment
  • Additional support services
    These services ensure holistic, accessible care for people living with HIV and are coordinated to improve patient health and well-being.


II. Community Engagement


  • Actively involves the HIV community and other stakeholders through:
  • Community conversations
  • Satisfaction surveys
  • Forums and focus groups
    This engagement ensures care services remain responsive, effective, and patient-centered.


III. Service Prioritization and Resource Allocation


  • Assesses the needs of local people living with HIV to:
  • Prioritize core and support services
  • Allocate funds transparently and efficiently according to greatest needs
    This process supports effective use of available resources for maximum benefit.


IV. Meetings & Quality Oversight
